At Narveer Singh (Performance View), we strive to ensure client satisfaction with all our digital marketing services. This Cancellation/Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and related matters.
Service Cancellation
For One-Time Services
Clients may cancel one-time services under the following conditions:
- If cancellation is requested before work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be provided, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- If cancellation is requested after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refund will be provided for completed services.
For Ongoing Services
For ongoing or subscription-based services:
- Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice as specified in their service agreement (typically 30 days).
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no refund will be provided for the remainder of that period.
- No further charges will be applied after the current billing period ends.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service cancellation as outlined above
- Non-delivery of agreed-upon services
- Significant and demonstrable failure to meet service standards as specified in the service agreement
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with service outcomes (such as marketing campaign results) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering that digital marketing results are influenced by numerous external factors beyond our control.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written refund request to [email protected], including your name, service details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Administrative fees
- Third-party costs already incurred (such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, etc.)
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
Service Modifications
Instead of cancellation, clients may opt to modify their service package. Service modifications will be accommodated where possible, with appropriate adjustments to pricing and deliverables.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or significant technological disruptions. In such cases, services may be postponed rather than cancelled, with no additional charges.
